Today was my first time going in there, I made an appointment and waited an hour or more when I got there, but no big deal I am use to the wait time. What really made me so upset was the staff there. I was sitting waiting for them to start my nails and next to me was a girl maybe 15-16 getting her nails done for the first time. The person doing them (a woman, the owner) cut her. And the girl said she changed her mind she rather not get them done she will just wait for her mom to finish. Perfectly understandable she got scared and was bleeding. The nail tech went off on her cussing up a storm, f*** this f that kept screaming at the poor girl her and her mother were crying. She then wouldn't stop for the next half hour she kept going on and on yelling at them from across the room. As they were leaving again f this and that don't come back bla bla. I have never seen this in my life before, that owner looked mentally disturbed. I wish I would have taped the whole situation but she might have beat me up lol. I am still in shock. Dont go there god forbid you tell them you don't want something.
