Their philly cheese steak is "close to the one from Philly" according to my Philly native husband.
That's really all I can say about their food.
Their service on the other hand, could be, should be better.
Am I the only one looking for friendly smile from cashier or non-hostile attitude on the phone?!
I called around 9:30pm. They close at 10pm.
I asked "May I place a to-go order please?" And the guy on the phone said "We're closing in 15 min. Can you make it here (before then) or no?"
"or no?" ?!
Really? Well, No, I could make it there before your business officially close though?!
He didn't want to offer any type of accommodation.
I mean, he could've said something like "we need to start making your food now, as we are getting ready to close, is that okay? ", not "or no?". You know what I mean?!
So yeah, okay food, bad customer service. 3 star is for their food, and convenience of location.
