Generally the standard is pretty high at this airport. But the "friendliest airport" was NOT shown today. I get to my gate 15mins early standing approximately 1-2" away from another gentleman when the porter pushes her cart into my bag and the other guy- looked up and said "excuse me". Hey-the excuse me comes first as we had been stand there for well over 10 minutes and both caught off guard since we were not paying attention to her. Terminal 4 gate D 10:49am.
Guess at Sky harbor you must watch the employees and move for them-apparently we are not the priority and reason they have a roll to fill.
