I've been here twice, and to say the service was good is a far stretch.. Decor- So they have a vibe where they want to be a chef demo/bar/sushi house. It wasn't laid out correctly, and the demo cooking area was empty. On a weekend, bennihanas and such are always PACKED. They had 1 table cooking, not the best sign. Boxes of napkins and other supplies were out in the open. Service- Ok... We were sat by the hostess, and were told someone would be with us.. after 3 times trying to flag someone down, and waiting 15 minutes I went to the cash register and asked some one to help. The server didn't speak English well, and told us the tea was "no good " and that they didn't serve real chow mein. Food- The sushi was surprisingly pretty decent, not the best, but for happy hour pricing, I was content. The spice levels were somewhat close to what they described, but if you like spicy, go all the way. Overall- I really want them to succeed and do better. I love supporting local places, so I will go back and see if they read the reviews.
