This review is for the food truck and the Mahi Mahi Fish Tacos only ($10 for 2). The fish tacos were decent compared to the options in Toronto, but on and in themselves, they were meh. I realize that the ratio between the cabbage, salsa, onion and cilantro is a chef interpretation, but Gringos' ratio is not my fave. Somehow the tacos didn't taste refreshing or fragrant.
