I used this store to get a new phone since mine had corrosion and the insurance we have been paying for years requires a $200 deductible and only replaces the same phone otherwise you have to pay for a new phone. I chose to do that. The plan Jacob put me on is supposed to cost $201.36 total. My new bill just arrived for $278.09, why can't they just do it right the first time. Now I will have to go back to the store and work to correct this. I'd better be able to get this corrected. I wish I had recorded the conversation. He also would not give me a receipt for the $103 to activate my new phone.
