The other day I had to bring my 90 year old grandmother to this ER after she had fallen and cut her arm very badly. I want it to be known that Jose the nurse was OUTSTANDING!!!! He was very professional, intelligent, caring, and made us laugh! Being an ER nurse myself, I can definitely say he did an amazing job and I was so pleased with the care he gave my grandmother. ER Nurses don't hear it enough when they do a good job, so THANK YOU Jose!!!! You deserve a daisy award!!!
Everyone else was great as well-- Kristin the ER tech (with hair flower that my granny loved) who did my grandmothers EKG and cleaned her wound very well, and Dr. Kaye who sutured her wound. Thanks to the awesome staff! I was very impressed with the care all around. Great job guys!
