Celebrating my husbands retirement party / birthday. Saffron JAK was the very best in customer service! I hired two food trucks, one cancelled the day before the party for "mechanical" issues and Saffron Jak said not to worry, they could handle my crowed. I did end up getting another last minute truck that was a total disaster and was stressing me out. Saffron JAK staff was amazing and they kept making sure me and my guest were doing good. They communicated with me all night and the pizza's were fantastic!! I was so pleased with them. I had a nightmare with the other truck and with Saffron JAX the party would not have turned out as successful as it did. I would HIGHLY recommend going with a truck that has a back up plan should anything go wrong with the truck and this company does have a back up plan as well. Go with them, they are great!!!!
