I can give this location 4 stars easy... I was looking to have my fiancee's engagement ring sized down, because of course I got the wrong size ring. But a friendly lady who said I couldnt pronounce her name (and she was right, I think she was middle eastern or Israeli) helped us out with a big smile. Friendly service, even though I didn't buy the ring there, she was eager to help us. I wasnt sure if I did a good job buying the ring. But she showed me the diamond up close magnified 10x and assured me I didnt get ripped off. So $50 dollars and 12 days later, my fiancee's ring is finally ready to stay on her finger. We walk in and Nicole greets us. She grabs the ring, pulls up the pics to show me they didn't swap out my diamond, and Nicole smoothly transitions into selling wedding bands. Suddenly Im trying bands, my fiancee's trying bands, now my band can't be a black band, it has to match her band.... But she was good transitioning from me just picking up a ring almost selling us on the spot. My fiancee told me we're buying our wedding bands from Nicole, so thats that. See ya soon Nicole lol
