This company is by far the shadiest and worst company to work with. They will send out their "technicians" on behalf of fidelity warranty and then provide the same service that I did on the filter 2 days before they arrived at my residence. Then so they are not forced to fix things they will lie to the warranty company and say that the suction line in my pool is in no way attached to my pool filter. So unless I have a guy at the other end of the tube sucking in air for 8 hours a day how is this not part of the filtration system? Even if I didn't use fidelity I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to deal with alchemist. Tommy, you are by far the worst pool person I have ever dealt with. You need to be either coached or fired on how to do your job. And since your company says you're the "best" I fear how bad the other service people actually are.
