So I wrenched my already aching back on Wednesday and by this morning I could barely get my sorry butt out of bed. After a bit of stretching and some electrical stimulation, I felt a little better. I pedaled on over to Clinique Altermed to see my acupuncturist, Annie Duguay, and told her that my lower back on my right side ws giving me some trouble. She took my left hand, stuck in a bunch of needles and the pain disappeared instantly. Twelve hours later, I feel great.
