Horrible customer service.... HORRIBLE!! This lady should not be in business, she made me cancel my Groupon because they "take 50%" and pay her with my credit card, she literally stood in front of the door waiting for me to pulled out my credit card... I have never been treated this horribly in my life. And the worse part, yes worst... is that my lashes look horrible, my eyes don't match in style and length and the process was painful... she poked and I was in pain the whole time... I've gotten lashes before and have always had a great experience, NEVER again will I give any business to this abusive disrespectful person. Don't waste your time and money with this lady, the only reason I didn't curse her out was that I was raised right and was taught to respect my elders... she on the other hand never learned how to treat a customer.
