I have been to this store many times. Never have I EVER had such a terrible experience! I walked in with my family and there were about 2-3 carts filled with shoes on them. All were in front of the big mirrors. I'm 6'2", so trying to see what the shoe looks like on the tiney mirror on the stools is impossible. Especially when all I was looking for were boots. One of the employees asked if she could help me, I said yes and proceeded to ask her to move the card. She did, however she moved it right in front of the shoes I was looking at. Like I mentioned before, I'm not an average person. I wear a size 12. My section isn't even a row. It's more like a corner. So it wasn't like I could just look at a different section. I ended up moving the cart somewhere else so I could continue looking. I turned around and someone moved it back in front of the mirror. I just gave up and left. I will NEVER go back!
