If you don't have time to wait over two weeks for your car to be fixed do NOT come here. My experience started off on a bad note, there first available appointment for a basic diagnostic was a week out. I wish I never waited a week for the horrible smug service I received. You would think after waiting that long they would be able to serve you during your appointment or at least in the same day. NOPE. They called at the end of the day informing me they were not able to look at my car that day and wouldn't get to it for another three days! Upset that at this point it had taken over a week in a half for just a basic diagnostic, I explained my feelings to the staff. With a smug smile on his face, he chuckled and didn't even apologize.
