This one star is for the awful customer service we experienced from one of the employees at this location. If I could give no stars I would. Yes, I understand it was close to closing time and that was one of the reasons we took our order and sat at the patio tables outside, to allow the staff to continued their closing procedure. After some 15 minutes or so, we looked at the clock and it read 10:05pm. This said employee began picking up the outside tables to take inside and when he picked up the one next to us, instead of politely informing us they were in fact closed he said in one of the most rude tones I've been spoken to in my life "I NEED TOU ALL TO LEAVE" as if we were criminals trespassing on private property instead of a couple of paying customers trying to enjoy a nice and healthy little summer treat with our kids. My husband was so upset he ushered us to the car and went back inside to get a business card or the name of a manager whom he could speak to, at that moment this said employee informed him he was indeed the manager. Over 25 years of combined customer service and hospitality experience can sometimes feel like a curse. Never again will you catch me anywhere near this place. Also I will share this experience with anyone who will listen to make sure they are not treated this way.
