This place has really exceeded my expectations and gone above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied each and every time I have been here. A few weeks back, my tires were slashed and I had just about the worst day of my life. I was close enough to drive over to a discount tire at another location, where I figured out that my insurance would not cover any of this nor does the warranty for my tires, and that I would have to pay for it all out of pocket. Well I called this location and spoke with Richard the assistant manager/manager (not sure) of this location and lets just say he was able to call the location I was at and got me some credit for the tires I had on even though they were slashed, and got me a great deal on 22" in tires for my truck. I am a spiritual person and I believe it paying it forward, and I felt like on this day someone actually paid it back to me, and it felt good. Of course I didn't really think about how everything played out until a few days after I was able to get cooled down and realized that I probably wasn't the most pleasant person to deal with that day. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY PROBABLY THE BEST DISCOUNT TIRE IN TOWN! THANKS AGAIN GUYS! WILL FOREVER BE A CUSTOMER
