I have been here a few times and have had no complaints, until this morning. I was very disappointed in the service we received. I purchased the Ultimate VIP wash and they rushed through the wash which was apparent by the bumpers, windows and mirrors having water spots and sections that weren't cleaned. They missed huge sections of the console, dash and instrument panel. The tires had a white soap type of film all over. I asked for it to be redone and received a bit of attitude from the first gentleman. I drive back over to the entrance and the gentleman there was very friendly and assisted me and wiped everything down. While I appreciate him trying to correct the problems I don't think I will be back.
