I used to love this office. Then one day my daughter was throwing up what appeared to be blood. The doctor stood outside my door with a disgusted look on her face telling the nurse she cannot see me cause there's nothing she can do if my daughter is dehydrated, which she suspected she was. Told me I couldn't be seen and to go to the ER. Go to the ER, wasn't dehydrated, had a stomach bug, something she could have saved me a trip to the ER if she saw her. Oh and charged me the visit anyway.
Then I go back to give them one last try for my 9 month old check up. Did their normal check up, and received a bill later for a procedure (Tympanometry: where they stick a probe in the ear, I'd know if this was preformed!). As well as charged me for a no call no show few of $25 which I didn't have a no call no show.
The doctors have no heart, only care about the money in their pocket. Disgusted by the way the doctors and staff treat patients. Treat patients which no compassion, which a pediatrician should have!!!!
