I ventured out in the white-out today just for the eggplant parm sandwich - it's that good! I risked my life, and safety of others on the road, to swerve my way to Gallucci's for the sandwich that continues to call my name. Each time it calls - I respond!
For $6.00 you get enough food for a small family of four in this sandwich. As Cami T. wisely mentioned - it is amazing eggplant, and they don't skimp on portions. You get layers and layers of yummy breaded eggplant, and the sandwich is cooked to perfection right before your eyes. Hold tight for about 6 minutes and you're biting into a mouthwatering blend of eggplant, homemade sauce, provolone, garlic, roasted red peppers, and crispy bread. I ache for this sandwich ... truth.
I hear they have other food, and that it's good too - ha!
