I want to first start out by saying Mercedes is a brand that most associate with luxury and service. When I first purchased my first Mercedes it was used and a little worn in but I loved it! Once Mercedes Benz of Gilbert opened up, I knew this was gonna be my preferred dealership. I recently upgraded my Mercedes and had a few obstacles in service and sales. However, Mercedes Benz of Gilbert redeemed themselves by making what was wrong, right. Andrew in Service did a wonderfully thoughtful gesture and made my day. He personally delivered my car (upon request) and then to make up for a rather frustrating incident, he delivered me flowers with a personally written note. Thank you Mercedes Benz of Gilbert for turning an unhappy customer back into a satisfied guest.
