If I could give zero stars I would. Their Bloor studio closed several months ago due to flooding, it has not and likely will not re-open. Can you believe they are refusing to provide any refunds!!! The worst level of customer service I have ever experienced. Do not support these people as they have no ethics or regard for loyal consumers.
