Where to begin! My husband has a 96 Dodge Diesel 3500 that he doesn't trust anyone to work on. He spoke with the manager, Craig bout what was wrong with his air conditioning. Craig was extremely knowledgeable about the vent and the door being blocked. Maynard was very helpful, but Jose is great and did the repair! A few days later we brought in our Toyota at 3:00pm, last minute for an oil change and a tune-up! We needed it to the same day because we had a 600 mile road trip the next morning. We'll, he is an angel and so is his staff. Smiles and thank yous and yes Mam and yes sir.. The old-fashioned way, we all used to be treated! The air is freezing and the Toyota was passing everyone on the Freeway! Go there, be honest about your vehicle and they'll treat you right! Thanks Big O and thanks Craig!
