He spent over 45 minutes answering all his questions and provided excellent service over the phone, which is extremely rare, especially in Vegas. He went above and beyond to even troubleshooting concerns of existing lighting landscape via FaceTime! David shot it to him straight and ultimately told him this was a simple project that my husband could do himself to save hundreds of dollars with a little time and effort.
