Asian gelato! Yes, if you are adventurous with your ice cream flavors, this is one place you must visit. I am not just talking about matcha and red bean. Ever tried Roasted Oolong tea, Osmanthus Plumberry, Hong Kong Milk tea, 24 Herb Tea, Pandan, Coconut Sticky Rice, and of course, Durian? They rotate their flavors, so what you find on a particular day depends on luck, and you will most likely find something new and interesting. What's even better, they pride themselves on using natural fruits and flavors, and stay away from stabilizer, colorings, soy lecithin and corn syrup. They age and pasteurize their gelato base in house for 10-12 hours and make them in small batches. So this may not be the creamiest gelato you have tried, and the sorbet is a bit icy, but the flavors really shine through. As preferred by Asian taste, the gelato is not very sweet.
