Great service and reasonably priced. They have a 3 laser Lipo for $80 (total). I'm also pretty shocked to say after 6 sessions (the minimum recommended to see results) that it works!
You still have to workout. Even after the vibratrim, go for a 30 min. jog. Eat balanced meals, and try to stay away from alcohol. I was not super strict with the alcohol and food... But I'm pretty on point with my macros usually so it's not too crazy. I'm finally able to get rid of extra troubled spots that the gym hasn't helped alone.
I'm taking the recommended week off and I'm excited to start again. Now much of what I've learned about prep and efficacy I've done my own due diligence. They didn't provide the info, but I wouldn't knock down a star for that.
