I don't often write reviews, but today I felt that I must. We have used Kris for two different houses now and I couldn't be more pleased. He is prompt, reliable, and trustworthy. He didn't try to sell me any extra stuff, and he is very straightforward about what needs to be fixed and what might need to be fixed in the future. He saved us thousands of dollars after a different company recommended fixing things that weren't even broken.
