I would give no stars if that was an option. If you are looking for a deal this company is not it....if you looking for costumer service that helps this company is not it....if you are looking to spend hours on end explaining your issues to humans who can't tie their own shoes then this company's it! Absolutely the worst company I have ever had to deal with! There only advantage is the NFL package and looking back I would have just purchased it through our PS4 and avoided two years of automated call center hell.
