Called ahead to make sure they had my air filter in stock, and was assured that they did. After leaving my car for an oil change and air filter, I got a call to say that they didn't have the air filter after all. When I pressed them on pulling a bait and switch to get me in the door, I was told that someone else got the last one. It had been 90 minutes since I called to check, and it's an uncommon vehicle. I suggested he go to AutoZone and pick one up at no cost to me to make up for it, and suddenly he decided my current air filter "still l [had] some life in it." Also, before redirecting the call, he said "Hang on, let me transfer you back to the up-sell guy." These people are scum.
