The one star is for their serious disregard for customer service. I have been a member for nearly a year. I have referred many new patients to them as well, but I don't have the time to go in every week and wanted to cancel my monthly membership and pay as I go. Well apparently this isn't something they can do. When talking to the girl she said that I had to pay an additional month and send an email to cancel. I wasn't in a place where I could take down an email address so she said we would email me so that I could respond. I'm still waiting for that email. She was completely rude. I asked if I could speak to her manager and she told me no. Then asked for someone at her corporate that I could speak to again was told no. Again I was going to switch to pay as you go, but after this experience I don't believe I will return at all. Everything is all peachy until you try to cancel your membership.
