I'm astounded by how poorly run this airline is. I took a chance and got a red eye out of LAS to OKC with connection through DFW. First they cancel the connecting flight and rebook hours later, then delay the LAS flight because they are still assigning seats. This trip was supposed to be me giving AA a third chance, but there's no charm here. Count me out from here on, I'd rather arrive a day later than stress out for an entire leg of my trip. Look elsewhere, pay extra, do whatever you can to avoid this airline.
