Interacting with this office was one of the most frustrating medical experiences I've ever had. Despite the fact that I had an appointment and arrived at an expected time, I had to wait several minutes for the receptionist, as she was in back enjoying their weekly Wednesday lunch of Chinese food. Next, although this was my first appointment, Patricia was quite rushed. I'm certain I was with her for no more than 6-7 minutes. The same was true when I returned a few days later for my well-woman exam. And believe it or not, it all went downhill from there. I scheduled an exercise assessment, but (even with 4 weeks to do so) they failed to authorize it with my insurance company. I cancelled and asked that they call to reschedule after completing the authorization, but another four weeks have passed and I still haven't heard. There were several occasions when I called and left a message about appointments and prescriptions, but only one of those messages was returned before I finally called back to inquire again about my questions. I am now stuck with having to make an appointment with another practionor because she refuses to refill without an additional appointment two non-controlled medications I have been taking for 10 years--even though we discussed those prescriptions at my first two appointments. I was also billed twice for an expense that was covered 100% by my insurance. Essentially, I find this office to be disorganized and unprofessional.
