Upon entering I was amazed at how rude the front staff was. It was only my second visit (I just moved from Manhattan) and was shocked at the unprofessionalism. My highlights came out ok but my haircut is what finalized my decision to never go back. I used a senior stylist (she had blonde hair) being honest in that I can't recall her name. Bottom line is that she ruined my hair. The haircut she gave me was elementary and I'm still letting it grow so that I can have someone properly fix it. The location was uptown on Yonge. Owners reading this fix your front staff and go in for a haircut - you'll pick up what I'm putting down!
