First off, my hygienist was wonderful. However, the employee turnover is so high, they have a new one each time I go, so I didn't catch her name. (Yes, a red flag I should have picked up sooner). I never had a problem with a dentist appointment before, that is until I had my appointment today. For the second time, they "lost my X-rays," within the last 6 months. On top of that I had a dead cockroach in my room. I was told to spell my name correctly the next time, when they found my X-rays in a misspelled file (Really!?!?!?!) Additionally, they walked me out the door, when I had to remind them the dentist hasn't seen me. So they took me back to a room. This is the moment I overheard him say he didn't want to see any more patients and that he had already seen everyone. And why I was here, when he saw me last month. At this point I was fed up, and as I was getting up to leave, he finally walked in and realized I wasn't the sister he had confuse me for (my fraternal twin sister). He and looked at my teeth and said they looked fine and walked out within 20-30 seconds. Extremely unprofessional and always expect a hassle. P.S. Make sure you check your bill each time (had previous issues with that as well). Needless to say, we won't be coming back.
