Gates Auto on the East side is totally spectacular! I can't say enough! I've worked with Colleen, Andrea & Pete and each of them have displayed stellar customer service. I always feel confident leaving my car in their care. The major hail storm back in 2006 left my first ever, brand new car severely pummeled. All of the employees at Gates did a wonderful job! 7 years later, in 2013, when my car roof started leaking, they stood behind their original work and repaired the issues free of charge. What's more, they have always provided me with a loaner vehicle and they make each step of the repair process easy. I will always go back to Gates with any auto body needs. Every time.
