I ordered my girlfriend what appeared to be a beautiful rose arrangement in the shape of a heart of Valentines Day. Sadly what arrived was nothing like the picture. It was a standard circular arrangement with 5 less flowers than their website indicated in a different vase. I called and asked the owner specifically to call before delivery but that never happened. The flowers were left outside the door (not even a doorbell was rung). When I called the owner I was polite; she hung up on me and said it was my fault for using their website and what I got was what I ordered (it most certainly wasn't). I have a picture of the arrangement and a picture of what I ordered. I offered to send her an email showing her the two and she, incredibly, doesn't use email.
Poor service. Avoid this crap florist and go with someone better in the future.
