Appt was at 1pm. The place was busy so I waited 25min to check in which is fine. I was told my car will in done in 45min so I waited inside. Waited until 2:45. My name wasn't called or phone call. Asked front desk about my car and a guy goes, "Your car was ready at 2pm". My name wasn't called and I was waiting by the door so I can hear my name. The repair guys even came out to pet my dog and didn't even let me know my car was done. All he said was "we probably said your name wrong" I WAITED EXTRA ONE hOUR! I'm mad about their customer service more than anything else. NO apologies. Guy kept repeating "we probably said your name wrong" multiple times.
