Jon was on time and performed a thorough review. He was also available during the inspection to answer questions, and pointed out specific problems that needed attention.
He also mentioned that he would be available for further consultation if there were problems that needed further discussion. We appreciated the excellent report given within hours of the inspection, complete with pictures, explanations, and a course of recommended action.
One side issue for us is to try find the (non specified) "qualified specialist" to perform the recommended repairs as suggested for some of the problems.
