Very disappointed in this consignment boutique. At first, my mom and I dropped off three dresses, two of which were pricy homecoming dresses. Basically, if your items do not sell in 90 days you need to go back to pick them up or register them to be consigned again or they will be "donated". We received a small check in the mail so we needed to go back and see what was not sold. They don't indicate on the check which items sold, so we were unsure of which items we would be taking back. When we arrived at the store, the woman informed us that one dress didn't sell and she could not locate it. My dress was 400 dollars and they just "misplaced" it. The woman told us she would speak with the owner and get back to us. Never heard from her. About a week later we returned and they still didn't have an answer as to where my dress was. My mom went back a third time and both the owner and the worker my mother had been dealing with were there. The owner told her that she just sold the dress for 50 dollars last week and the check was in the mail. The check didn't arrive for about ten days. Lol. Really? How can you sell a dress that's been missing for weeks? At Vintage to Vogue, they attempt to sell merchandise for a third of the original cost. I think the $25 was insulting and something she made up when we came in for the third time. I would not recommend working with them and I will never consign or shop with them again.
