Stopped by here to get a photo with the infamous sign that says Welcome to Vegas!
We arrived here in the afternoon when it was hot. There was a long line. I wasn't enjoying the fact that I was standing in line just to get a photo with this sign. Luckily it didn't take too long to get a photo. There was a nice guy taking photos with whatever camera device you had whether it's your cell phone or an actual camera. That was super nice of him to take our photos with my phone.
We were standing behind a bunch of guys who were freaking idiots with beer cans in their hands. That's Vegas for you. They were cursing and one guy had his freaking pants down in front of my daughter. At least he had underwear on. Really rude and freaking annoying. Just disrespectful! If only they can understand what it's like to have a young kid. I get that some people don't like kids but please don't ruin it for the rest of us! I almost wanted to say something, but I kept quiet.
Parking was even a nightmare with stupid people who drive crazy. I've seen it all here. A guy even ran a red light and cuts off people. This is why I give it three stars. All of these factors come in and it definitely wasn't a pleasant experience.
The guy with my cell phone took a bunch of photos of us. One family photo, one with my daughter by herself and one with just me and hubby, but I posted my favorite photo out of them all which was all of us together as a family. My hubby and daughter is what is important to me.
