I don't understand why they have so many good reviews. I had a vet tech who was extremely nasty toward me, she was rude and spoke down to me when I refused to pay over $500 for things I knew didn't need to be tested for with my dog. I went in about an hour or so before closing and it had to be the worst vet experience I've ever had. When the vet came in, she literally seemed to to know anything, I was the one asking should you do this or that, which shouldn't be how it is. I was there for an emergency, my dog was walking around almost drunk like, but I also was asking them to please look into who he had been chewing the fur off of his front legs and they COMPLETELY failed to address it.
I wish I could give negative stars due to the fact of how utterly rude their vet tech was that came into the room we were waiting in, the most disgusting attitude.
I ended up having to rush my dog to Long Animal Hospital on South Blvd. whom fully made sure my dog was taken care of, were absolutely polite.
