I've been using the Post Net for years because of convenience. THANKFULLY they now have a NEW owner and STAFF! They are the most courteous and helpful PostNet staff I've ever dealt with. Even though I have my own FedEx account and just use them for drop off they treat me with great customer service. Because I have my own account they make very little money from me dropping off my packages for FedEx pickup but he still treats me like a full paying customer. If the owner is there he takes time to inspect every package I drop off to make sure the labels are correct and that the package will be delivered with no problems. Now that's what I call true customer service! I highly recommend using this Post Net location.
