This is more than a crossfit gym, the community at CFA is truly family. Once you walk in regulars introduce themselves and make you feel at ease. I have been a member since 12/2015 and I really cannot believe I didn't join sooner.
The coaches truly care about you! They teach you proper form and encourage it through each workout. They make sure to teach you modifications if you cannot do the workout so that you can do what you are capable of.
The community encourages you to come in and do your best as well.
