The exhibits themselves are pretty good and interactive. The entry experience, though, is chaotic and inefficient. I bought tickets online and thought, like Fandango or any other service, that would allow my son and I to skip the line. Instead, I was told I had to go stand in the long line with everyone else buying tickets so we could get wristbands. The customer service folks are slow, and automatically take anyone in the "member" line over the regular admissions line. Overall, the process of collecting wristbands, after having bought tickets online, took nearly as long as the time we spent in SeaQuest. It's 2017 - let people print bar coded tickets online and enter without standing in pointless lines.
