Great experience at this airport - lots of walking, so would probably nice if there was some sort of transport to get to some of the more remote gates, but it was good to get our steps in. On arrival, it was easy to find our way out, and no waiting for a taxi. On departure, I was happy to see they have a separate line security line for Global Entry and Nexus. I did have to take my laptop out, but didn't have to take off my shoes or take out my liquids. I moved through very quickly, while there was a very long line for regular passengers. You also clear US Customs in Toronto - also very easy with a separate Global Entry line. I was through security, customs, and on to hanging out with Lady Liberty, in just 6 minutes. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my coworker who did not have Global Entry - so glad I didn't spend that time waiting in line! Not a lot of communication in the gate area (F91) - but that's on the airline, not the airport. It was a little unsettling that they were ripping up the runway and the floor was shaking and very loud noises the whole time we were waiting, but I guess it has to be done. Good overall experience.
