Went to look for a new car...found one that I liked. They couldn't give me a price until they ran my credit. After running my credit they came back with a mediocre offer and tried to tell me my interest rate would be about 13.5%....actually they wouldn't even tell me the rate, but would only tell me what my payment was. I went home and calculated it myself and when they called me to try and get me to come back, they didn't deny it it, instead stating that "was a worse case scenario". Funny thing is I was able to obtain financing on my own for 2.1% and negotiated a better deal elsewhere.
