i have about had it. I was on the phone 4 times in one day recently. I had given my account info to two people and they keep getting it wrong. I could barely hear and/or understand the last person. The rates for service continue to rise, but customer service is degrading. The consumers are quickly gaining more options for data, phone and "tv". Cox should refocus on the basics lest they lose out to competitors.
