Like others said, it is in an awful location. It's on a one way street and trying to get back onto Swenson is horrifying. Today I actually parked in the shopping center over, which is gated all the way around, and walked around just to get to the post office and avoid trying to merge back onto Swenson. There was only 1 other person in line when I went in, and the clerk seemed nice. Once it was my turn, I gave him my missed delivery slips and he took his sweet sweet time getting my packages. I see him carrying them for a good few minutes while talking to his coworker about something, and when he comes back he says "she was helped me find them." Right. "They've been here since February," he says. I reply back with "that's because I asked for them to be redelivered and they never did it. "That's not my department I don't deal with that" is what he says. The boxes even had the redelivery date on them! Super unprofessional people. I imagine most of us have jobs that restrain us from coming to the post office when we need to. But even just TRYING to get here is a hassle. I asked for redelivery to avoid this place, and they did not provide me with the service they advertise.
