I have been with West Star for five years now. I use the Valley View branch. The first four years they were great. The tellers and the management always very friendly and helpful. I loved it there. No longer. In past year or so they renovated and had a change in management and now it is the WORST bank to deal with. The new management is unfriendly and unhelpful and actually act like they resent having to deal with their customers. Twice now they have cheated me out of money by charging false NSF FEES. They reorganize the dates of payments to suit themselves just so they can charge you fees. I feel like this bank is stealing from me. They withheld large payments submitted on the 30th, paid out smaller payments that were made on the first. Then charged NSF fees on the big payments even after I transferred money. My statement clearly shows the right balance to cover payments on the 30th but they claim NSF for items pending on the 1st then bang me $38.50 which reduced the balance to NOT cover the payments made on the 30th. This is fraudulent. Twice I have called the bank and the girl was rude. I have been in to see the bank manager but is conveniently never there and never calls back. Disputes go unrecognized and no one follows up or communicates. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. I'll be closing ALL my accounts and credit cards first thing in the morning. Disgusted!!!
