This is the worst doctors office ever do not go here for any kind of gynecology or women's healthcare ! The doctor is friendly at first meet but her staff is awful !!! The doctor thinks that she can trust her staff but she doesn't know that they are robbing her patients blind and masking it through the insurance; she doesn't even come out to the lobby to talk to you herself so it's not even like you can explain anything to her . They charged me a co-pay upfront for birth control insertion and told me that that was the only fee I had to pay, and THEN TWO MONTHS LATER billed my insurance for a number of different things that were not disclosed to me and these new charges became my responsibility on the back end. They are crooks and they are dishonest and they make Dr. Haslett look bad. But because the doctor trusts her staff she refuses to look into my case or even to come out and talk to me to hear my side . Also the doctor is only in the office four days a week and you're lucky if you catch her on one of those days because she herself is a cancer patient and because of her multiple treatments she is hardly ever in the office which means she is unreliable as a doctor. I have had problems with my birth-control implant since they put it in, I have called to try and speak to and consult with the doctor and she is never available. The one time I actually make an appointment & go in and she is in the building she won't come out to speak to me because I refuse to pay the extra charges that her staff put on my bill. So basically they put birth control in my arm told me it was going to cost $35 , actually charged me $300 and when I had problems with the birth control the doctor would not see me again until I paid that outstanding $300 that they added on after my procedure. Do you see what I mean , crooks? If she was a real doctor and truly cared about her patients she would remove the implant because it's causing me health problems & we could work out a payment plan later. Her staff is dishonest , they WILL lie to you about fees up front and make you pay for it later. I will have another doctor to remove my implants I will never go back to Dr. Haslett again, her practice is unprofessional and her staff is incompetent.
