We have been attending Xtreme Air for many years and have even had several birthday parties there for my son. I have seen it decline over the years but my boys love to play dodgeball so we decided to go there again yesterday. There were several older kids in there with him (he is 9) and I guess the games were getting heated and the kids were all calling each other names. (My son admitted he had called someone a name after being called one by a 13 year old) Eventually it got out of hand and three 13 year olds ganged up on my 9 year old, who were all throwing balls at him at once and telling him to get out. The guy working in the dodgeball area did nothing to stop it from getting to that point or reprimand them for ganging up a kid 4 years younger than them! Pathetic! When your main competitors are across the street AND you get more play time for less money, you HAVE to hire great staff that will keep the kids in check. We will be going to KTR from now on.
